Crazy-RK is a web based Fitness & Nutrition Consulting Service namely for the NATO Military and Civilian members.  Our base of operation is located in the Netherlands but due to the marvelous technology of the internet, we are not limited to just servicing the Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium.  As of this writing, we have one certified personal trainer and one certified nutrition consultant as well as one certified pre-post natal exercise specialist. 

We offer custom tailored personal training and nutrition programs via the internet.  Click here  if you would like to buy personal workout programs.   If you are in our local area, we do offer one-on-one personal training that has an additional hourly fee for services rendered.

A little bit about me, Rob Kent.  I am the owner and webmaster for this site.  To give you some background on myself, I got my start in the Sports Fitness and Recreation field back in 1985 while on active duty in the United States Air Force working in what was then known as Morale Welfare and Recreation Division (MWR) until 1996 when I separated from the US Air Force and became a US Civil Servant Employee working in the US Army Fitness Centers and the Outdoor Recreation Departments. In 1998 I became a Cooper Certified Physical Fitness Specialist or what is more commonly known as a certified personal trainer.  In 2003 I received a Fitness Nutrition Consultant Certification from American Fitness Professionals & Associates (AFPA). I obtained my Bachelor of Science Degree in 2000 and my Masters of Science Degree in the field of Recreation in 2004.  AFPA certificated in Pre/Post Natal Exercise Specialist on May 12, 2005.  Spent a year in Iraq from November 2005-2006 working in MWR operations for the US Army and US State Department.  I welcome suggestions that will make it better.
